    Gluten-free Cauliflower Mac & Cheese

    2 tablespoons avocado oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 head of medium-sized cauliflower, chopped into florets
    1/2 cup broth of choice (veggie or chicken)
    1 cup unsweetened plain dairy-free milk

    2 tablespoons Brummel & Brown Organic Buttery Spread
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric

    8 ounces whole grain pasta


    add all ingredients to pot and cook until mushy the blend and cook pasta
